Low loft bed measures 81.5"L X 84.5"W X 50"H with slide/ladder and 81.5"L X 42.5"W X 50"H without slide/ladder; low-profile bed frame measures 50" high with an under-bed height of 33.25". Designed to accommodate standard twin-size mattress that is 5" thick, not to exceed 8" thick. Plywood slats included; no box spring or bunkie board required. Mattress and bedding not included. 400 lbs resting weight capacity per sleeping surface and 106 lbs weight limit for the slide. Guardrails measure 14"" tall. Customer assembly required.
