Strong plywood slats with metal support bar. The 15" guardrails provide sleep security for top bunk. We recommend a 5"" thick mattress not to exceed 8"". Assembled bunk bed measures: 78.5""L x 58.5""W x 63.25""H; Included storage drawers roll on casters and easily store under bunk bed. Under-bed height is 37.75"". Mattresses are sold separately. Slat roll included. Box spring and/or bunkie board not required. Customer assembly is required.
