The Carter Upholstered Platform Bed is one of Apt2B's fabric upholstered beds that we actually build to order in our downtown Los Angeles factory (made in the USA!). The Carter is available in a Queen size, a King size, California King, and even a Full size by request! This is a true platform bed that features hardwood slats, but it does require a bunkie board as additional mattress support. A box spring can also be used for a more traditional, taller look.
