This mid-century modern design is created by Ota Svoboda and is at once fluid and abstract, descending from a rounded canopy along a wire to a small, strong lamp set inside a rounded “Bubble” of mouth-blown lead-free crystal, resembling a soap bubble which is blown without a form. This formation and the name add a welcome touch of whimsy, while the artisanal assembly ensures no two fixtures are alike as they dispense an even glow around them. About the Brand Founded in 2012, Bomma is a Czech glassmaking and lighting company based in Prague. With the experience of hundreds of years of glassmaking techniques from East Bohemia, Bomma uses bespoke machinery that allows for precise measuring, melting, and attention to detail.
