The piece’s most distinctive feature is its use of polished aluminum rods that line the circumference of the circular framework. The framework itself is also made from aluminum for a much more cohesive aesthetic while the rods are fixated at different heights to convey a sense of a city skyline, hence its name. The rods can produce ambient up and downward lighting, allowing the piece to produce a warm and comforting aura of light.
