Product Description Legendary look since 1957. The Saarinen Oval Dining Table by Knoll was designed by Eero Saarinen to prove that a table base can be as elegant as its table top. The Saarinen Oval Dining Table creates a high sense of comfort, legroom, and ample space for seating. Its tulip shaped base is crafted in molded, cast aluminum that is polished and coated in an abrasion-resistant Rilsan finish. Its top is created from your choice of 1.06" thick satin smooth laminate, .75" transparent polyester coated marble, with a polished or satin finish, or 1.25" thick veneered medium density fiberboard wood. 96" seats 8 guests comfortably. 78" seats 6-8 guests.
