Ferm and designer Jørn Utzon blend natural elements and restrained design, creating a body of vertically stacked pieces of Douglas Fir with louvered edges inspired by his family's home in Mallorca. A rechargeable LED is tucked inside, reducing direct light with a High-Density Polyethylene diffuser, and is easily moved using a central single-piece wood handle bent using steam. The layered design and natural woodgrain focuses on the humanity involved in its design, while a touch dimmer precisely tailors the light emanating from it.
