Description
A Louis XVI style writing desk and chair made by Thomasville Furniture Industries of North Carolina. Four drawers are beaded to give the look of panels. Top drawer fronts are decorated at the center with sunflowers, and open with flower pressed round metal handles. Drawers to the left open with loop handles. A string of tulips decorate the skirt and the desk is finished with square tapered legs. The chair is also decorated with a sunflower motif. Faux leather covers the trapezoid seat.
