Poor Customer Service!! Not worth it.

Comments about Riley White Tall Chest & Mirror:
This chest looks beautiful and very cute in my daughter room. We also ordered a night stand and it fits perfectly next to each other. However, 2/5 drawers won't open and the seating pad has a cut on it.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery service was good. Once we noticed the problems which was the same day of delivery. We noticed the store immediately. After going back and forth, finally they told me they would order a replacement pad (by the mirror) which would take abt 6-8 weeks which was fine. Then 2 days later I couldn't open 2 drawers for no reason at all. My husband couldn't even open them let alone my 2 yrs old daughter! I contacted CS and they told me they would have to wait for my replacement pad arrive then they would send technician out at the same time. So I waited and waited, almost 2 months passed by so I checked in with them then they scheduled the technician to come out the following week. (What if I didn't call??)The following week, the technician showed up and looked at the piece and told me that he could fix the pad easily there was no need to wait on the part!!! (So why did I have to wait almost 2 months???)Then he looked at the drawers and finally concluded that he couldn't fix them. The store will need to send me another unit. They would contact me in a couple of days which they did. So they called and informed me that I have to waited a bit over 2 months to receive a replacement unit. From the day I ordered (Feb 1) and I will have wait for the replacement (hopefully a working one) which will come on May 31st. FOUR MONTHS in total for me to get the unit I paid for in full. I won't be shopping here again.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
